Managed Services
A senior cloud team without hiring one.
Three tiers, monthly.

There are perhaps a few hundred AWS Heroes in the world and allOps has two of them. This buys you time with one, every month, for the architecture questions your team is currently answering by consensus and hope.
Your team is good. They are also making decisions they have made once before, at most, and the cost of getting one of them wrong shows up eighteen months later as a rewrite. A multi-account strategy, a data store choice, an approach to tenancy, a decision about how far to go with managed services. Each one is a fork, and each one is cheap to get right at the time and expensive to unwind.
What you get is access: you bring the decision, and you get an answer from someone who has seen it fail at scale.
Scheduled monthly sessions with an AWS Hero, on an agenda you set.
Architecture review of what you are about to build, before you build it.
A written note after each session, so the decision and the reasoning survive the people who were in the room.
Asynchronous access between sessions for the questions that will not wait.
Advisory time, architecture review, decision support, and second opinions on your own team's proposals.
Implementation. Nobody is building anything under this. If the decision leads to work, the work is scoped separately.
Operational responsibility or on-call support. That is Managed Services.
A monthly retainer, month to month, quoted before the first session. This is the cheapest way to have a Hero in the room, and it is deliberately set so that one avoided mistake pays for a year of it.
Two AWS Heroes, an AWS Advanced Tier Partner with the DevOps Competency and the AI Services Competency across both Generative AI and Agentic AI consulting.
One of the two AWS Hero co-founders. Not a consultant with a Hero's name on the proposal.
Then use the session for a review of something already running. Most months the useful agenda is not the one that was planned.
Often, but it does not have to be. Plenty of teams run this alongside their own delivery and never buy anything else, which is a perfectly good outcome.
The Premium tier already includes Hero involvement in architecture decisions. Below that tier, this is the way to add it.
