SCOPED PRICE · 3 TO 4 WEEKS · AWS WELL-ARCHITECTED PARTNER

A Well-Architected Review that ends with the fixes in place.

Every AWS partner offers a Well-Architected Review, and the review itself is the same everywhere, because AWS defines the framework. What differs is what happens after the findings. This one ends with the worst of them closed, and with AWS credits in your account for having closed them.

Duration
3 to 4 calendar weeks
Format
One workload, six pillars, remediation included
Price basis
Scoped and quoted before signature

The situation

Most estates have had a review. Ask what changed afterwards and the answer is usually nothing. The report was accurate, the findings were real, and then the quarter happened and the document went into a folder. A year later the same issues are still there, plus the ones that arrived since.

The review is the easy part. Getting someone senior enough to execute the fixes in your account, through your change process, is the hard part, and that is what this engagement is scoped for.

What you get

  • A Well-Architected Review across all six pillars: security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, operational excellence, sustainability.

  • A prioritised high-risk issue register, ranked by business risk.

  • The top five to eight high-risk issues remediated by allOps, each fix verified and evidenced.

  • A written executive summary a CFO or a board can read without a translator.

  • Before-and-after posture on the affected pillars, so you can see the delta for yourself.

  • Thirty days of Slack access to the people who did the work, after remediation closes.

Scope

In scope

  • Full six-pillar review, executed in the AWS Well-Architected Tool.

  • Remediation of the agreed top five to eight high-risk issues.

  • A dedicated shared Slack channel with the Solutions Architect and DevOps engineers for the duration, with a business-hours response commitment.

Out of scope

  • Remediation beyond the agreed five to eight. Additional issues are quoted separately or roll into Managed Services.

  • Application code changes. This is infrastructure and architecture.

  • Ongoing operations, monitoring or on-call after the thirty-day window. That is Managed Services and a different contract.

  • Migration. If the review concludes the estate should move, that is the Migration Sprint.

How the price is set

Scoped and quoted before signature, covering one workload over three to four calendar weeks. The price does not move with hours. It is based on the estate size and the issue count, agreed before signature, and it does not move after work starts.

AWS funding, stated honestly: after the high-risk remediation is done, AWS issues credits to you, the customer, of up to roughly USD 10,000 per workload. AWS funds the reviews that lead to more consumption on AWS, and the exact amount is confirmed per opportunity before anything is signed. Roughly four hundred firms worldwide hold the Well-Architected competency that unlocks this. allOps is one of them.

FAQ

We already had a review. Why another one?

Ask what changed after the last one. If the answer is nothing, you did not have a remediation problem; you had a report. This engagement is scoped so that the fixes happen inside it.

Every partner offers a WAFR, and some do it free. Why pay?

The free review is the same everywhere, because AWS defines the framework, and it hands you a list. This one ends with the list closed. What you are paying for is the execution.

What does it cost?

It depends on the workload, and you get the number before signature. You are paying for a review, the fixes that follow it, and roughly USD 10,000 in credits back in your account. Set against the alternative, which is an incident, a failed audit or another year of a bill nobody can explain, it is priced honestly.

What if you find more than eight serious issues?

You get the full register regardless. The top five to eight get fixed inside this engagement, chosen with you at the readout in week two. The rest are quoted separately or picked up under Managed Services.
