Every engagement on this page has a scope, an end date and a price agreed before signature. No day rates, no discovery that turns into a project, no invoice you cannot explain to a CFO. And AWS pays for the first step.
Every AWS consulting engagement allOps sells is on this page, with what it includes next to it. Most people arrive at one of three places: the bill went up and nobody can explain it, an audit is coming and nobody can evidence the posture, or the estate is on the wrong platform. Whichever one it is, the entry is the same and it is free.

A day rate rewards the consultancy for taking longer. A scoped price rewards it for being right the first time. allOps scopes the work, quotes it before signature, and carries the risk if the estimate was wrong. That only works if the team is senior enough to estimate accurately, which is why the same two AWS Heroes work on every engagement themselves. The numbers are not on this page on purpose: the same service is scoped very differently for a three-account startup and a hundred-account enterprise, and you get your number before you sign.
Eligible projects may qualify for AWS funding, subject to AWS approval.
No. If you already know what you need, buy it directly. The free assessment exists for the majority who do not, and for whom guessing is more expensive than a week of someone senior looking properly.
AWS runs partner funding programmes that pay for the assessment work up front, and credit programmes that pay the customer after remediation. Which one applies depends on the engagement and on your AWS account, and it is confirmed per opportunity before anything is signed.
Because the price depends on the estate, and a number written for a three-account startup would be wrong for a hundred-account enterprise. The scope is agreed first, the price is quoted for that scope before signature, and it does not move after work starts. You get a single number for the whole scope.
The allOps engineering team, with an AWS Hero on every engagement. There is no offshore second team and no handover after signature.
